The CCD vision laser marking machine adopts the principle of visual positioning: first, create a template for the product, determine the reference points of the product, and save it as a standard template. During normal processing, the product to be processed is photographed; the computer compares it with the calibrated template to accurately identify the marking position, and after adjustment, precise processing of the product can be realized. Using the CCD vision positioning laser marking machine can effectively reduce phenomena such as missing marking, marking deviation, and inconsistent marking positions. It allows random feeding, achieving precise positioning and perfect marking, greatly improving marking efficiency.
